Herstory is a non- profit organization focused on raising awareness on women’s health issues.

We use platforms such aspodcastingandInstagramto bring about more awareness, while also doing outreach projects to serve the greater women community.
After months of episodes and posts, Herstory led a project that focused on creating awareness of period poverty. We gave a seminar on the importance of women’s health and distributed feminine hygiene products to schoolgirls in rural Tamil Nadu, India. Most of these girls rarely had the means to afford pads or other feminine hygiene products. In fact, none of them had heard of or used deodorant. This project was life changing for both them and us.
